Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important at Laviol Skincare. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the products within 7 working days. Please contact us for the refund request. 

Packages not returned within 7 business working days or without a return request will be refused. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the return items are an error on behalf of Laviol Skincare.
